What is Supervised/Tele ART?
The Supervised/Tele ART is a virtually service which allows you to carry out your supervised self-swab antigen rapid test by a trained swab supervisor over video consultation at Home, instead of having to do one physically at a Quick Test Centre or in a clinic.
Who can use the Supervised/Tele ART service?
The Supervised ART (Tele-ART) service can be utilised for individuals who require ART test results for
- Pre-event Testing (Unvaccinated)
- Individuals with COVID-19 symptoms referred by a Doctor
How Will I Receive My ART Test Results?
Receive your certified Supervised/Tele ART test results via SMS by MOH within 2 hours from your consultation. The official result will also be updated in your TraceTogether and HealthHub App.
How much is the Supervised/Tele ART service?

What to Prepare Before Supervised/Tele ART?
- Hand rub
- Intact ART kit x2
- Garbage bag
- Tissue paper
- An electronic device with internet connectivity such as a smartphone or laptop
- A flat surface long and big enough to position the above material and your phone at least 80 cm away from you for the video call.
- Your IC or Passport for identification purposes.
30 Minutes Before Your Appointment

Importance to Note Supervised/Tele ART Service
A video call will be conducted via our App and swab supervisor will call you when it’s your turn. Both parties must be able to see and hear each other clearly. The materials also must be visible throughout the test.
Verification of Identity and ART Kit
Swab supervisor will verify your Name, IC Number, and Address using your ID or Passport. Swab supervisor also will ask you to show the unopened ART kit while ensuring that the ART kit brand, batch number, and expired date can be seen clearly. If you are our corporate clients, you are required to show your employment pass to our officer.
Take Supervised/Tele ART
Follow swab supervisor’s instructions to carry out the self-swab test, and ensure that your ART kit is always visible on camera. The whole process may takes 15 - 20 mins.
Present the ART Result
Await test result & show the result to your swab supervisor.

You need to self-isolate at home for the next 72 hours and take another test. If you test positive, you need to continue your self-isolate until your result negative or day 7. If you test negative, you may end your isolation and resume normal activities If you are unwell and have symptoms, we will be able to connect you to a GP, and medication will be send to you at door steps FOC.
